1. Very helpful when seeking the quotation and particularly when I requested a variation to the quote.
2. The counter-person on arrival (Margaret) at Dunedin was very helpful and informative. Her advice re fueling up on return was very helpful. Sher was great.
3. The vehcile was very good - tidy, clean and had all the maps and information booklets required for a visitor.
4. Vehicle return - No-one was in the office, so the key drop off system worked for us.
5. Your website - it was easy and user friendly. The graphics are good. The responses were timely and informative.
6. Email of thanks - its a good follow-up, its a little unusual as most companies don't thank you for using their services and because I'm impressed I thought I would take the time to comment and say thanks again. I'll use your company again when in Dunedin.
